Flinders Partners Pty Ltd and Flinders Institute of Public Policy and Management are hosting 16 officers from Ministry of Education, Culture and Science under AusAID-ALAF scholarship. The theme of a training is HR strategy development and high ranking South Australian public service executives and Flinders Uni lectures are giving lectures on the subject. As a part of the program fellows visit Australian public service institutions to see how performance mangement models work at real business world.
